Anna Silk

Anna Silk, born January 31st, 1974 in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada is an actress most well-known for her role as Bo on the Showcase show Lost Girl. Silk was created at Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Peter Silk, who was an actor as well as a producer, director, writer, teacher, and director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories when she was at rehearsals for play together with her mother. Silk played a role as a young actress in commercials. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Arts at St. Thomas University. They renewed their vows on April 10, 2011, in Fredericton, after the woman was converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman gave birth to her son, Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. Levi Aaron, her second baby was born on May 13, in 2016. Silk is well-known for her television role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she received nominations from for the Gemini Awards. The Canadian show Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character of a succubus. Silk revealed to fans the joyous news that she had become pregnant while filming Season 3 during an exclusive pre-show to promote Season Three. This was shown by Showcase in a special Season Three show held January 6th, 2013 prior to the premiere. Silk revealed via Twitter, on 20 June 2013, that production had begun on Season 4. On 4 June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed that production had begun for Season 4 of the show. CNN has named Bo's character along with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most popular TV couples of all time. E! voted it the top couple on TV for 2013. Entertainment Television.
